James’ BBC Series “Strawbridge over the Drawbridge” is currently on BBC iPlayer and broadcasts in October this year on Saturday mornings on BBC One.
He runs Strawbridge Kitchen with his wife Holly, a successful food development business creating and shooting recipes from his garden studio and inventing new products for commercial clients.
James is a keen environmental activist and the MSC’s UK ambassador promoting sustainable seafood.
James’ most recent book, Salt: The Art of Seasoning comes out next year.
