Job Specification:

  • Working as part of a team to manage the strategic careers of talent including but not limited to commercial campaigns, broadcast, publishing and social media
  • Liaising with talent on a regular basis, handling diary coordination and logistical support
  • Day-to-day support in administrative tasks, reporting and updating key company systems
  • Ensuring a robust pipeline of new business is flowing into the business
  • Identifying potential brand partners and the decision makers within organisations and pitch to them appropriately
  • Researching and building relationships with new brands and nurturing existing relationships with commercial and broadcast organisations
  • Utilising the M&C Saatchi network to identify internal opportunities
  • Managing inbound enquiries for all opportunities across the client base
  • Attending and managing regular shoots and filming schedules
  • Maintaining website and databases


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience of diary management, ideally within a media or entertainment environment
  • Excellent organisational ability, able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with great people skills and a confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Proficient with Outlook, Google and Apple calendar applications
  • A knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Ability to design presentations and decks using PowerPoint, Canva or similar
  • Able to work autonomously and cooperatively on group tasks and proactivity when required
  • We are looking for a team player – someone content working in a busy, hands on office with the ability to adapt under the current circumstances to work from home with clear lines of communication within the wider team
  • Able to work in a target and deadline driven environment
  • Interest in and knowledge of sport, fashion, entertainment and the wider broadcast and media landscape
  • Able to think strategically and understand the long-term impact of short-term decisions on talent
  • High quality written skills including spelling and grammar
  • Discretion and confidentiality essential
