As the regular face of the Entertainment news on ITV’s Lorraine, Ria Hebden is part of a new wave of exciting TV Presenters hitting our screens. Passionate about telling stories that celebrate diversity, champion women and inspire the next generation, Ria’s hard work and tenacity led her to being nominated for the Debut Presenter award at the 2020 Edinburgh TV Festival New Voice Awards along with the New Talent award at the 2019 Women in Film & Television Awards.
In 2020, Ria joined the team of All Around Britain on ITV1, co-hosting alongside Alex Beresford, visiting the countries most fascinating attractions and sharing extraordinary stories of human endeavour and must-see places.
Her previous career highlights also include co-hosting weekend chat show, Sunday Morning Live, with Sean Fletcher on BBC One in 2019. Ria has also delivered live OB’s for This Morning, appeared as a panellist on BBC Two’s Strictly It Takes Two and ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Daily Drop. Ria has interviewed a host of celebrities including Sandi Toksvig and Kim Cattrall about the #MeToo movement, Ruby Wax about Mental Health and Idris Elba and John Boyega about on-screen diversity and representation.
Through her production company, Carpe Diem Media Productions, Ria also presents and produces her own inspirational, digital talk show, Wonder Women TV, along with a monthly podcast and Wonder Women Live!–the annual event which is held on International Women’s Day that brings together 100 phenomenal women who work in Television and the creative industries.
Ria also hosts live events and industry awards for the Royal Television Society, MIPCOM, the Jack Petchey Foundation and the Media ProductionShow. She is also a mentor for the Media Trust and a mentee of the prestigious Women in Film & Television Network.
Ria lives in London with her husband and two children.
